About the event
Join us for an immersive and invigorating experience on the stunning shoreline of King Edwards Bay.
We will begin as a group with a vibrant and energising yoga flow, moving and breathing under the atmospheric ruins of Tynemouth priory. We will then break into 2 groups which will alternate between the 2 below experiences:
- Wild sauna with Steam & Salt combined with electrifying cold sea dips to awaken your senses and feel alive!
- Fireside breathwork and meditation journey with the soul soothing sound of the hand pan played live.
We will then group back together sharing some heart warming cacao.
