Pregnancy and Postnatal Open Day

Join us for an informative and supportive open day where we will introduce you to the wonderful world of parenting, whether you are with bump or have multiple babies.

And it’s not all about the Yoga! Whilst we will of course be showing you the benefits of yoga for you and baby we will also have other specialists for example:

- Sleep Consultant

- Baby First Aid

- Health and Wellbeing

- Fitness

- Baby Classes

- plus much more.

We have carefully sourced local businesses who share our same ethos and values about creating a community, supporting each other and offering excellent quality services. Many are working mums so you are in good company to ask as many questions as needed.

Our Open Day provides a unique format offering you the following for both pregnancy and postnatal care:

- Taster Sessions

- Specialist Guest speakers

- Experienced Consultants

- Information and Gift Stands

You will take a little tour with a small group to experience all if the above appropriate to your circumstances or alternatively just pop along and say hello.

Hot drinks and light refreshments will also be available.

*£5 deposit is credited to your account after attendance to use towards future sessions at the studio only e.g. Pregnancy Yoga, Mum and Baby Yoga, Baby Massage, Baby Yoga.
