A 1000-mile journey begins with a single step. We'll guide you through the foundational steps on your path toward the life-enhancing practice of yoga. This 3-week course is designed to provide a strong, clear introduction to yoga, without overwhelming you with too much information or complex postures. Each session includes a balanced mix of yoga philosophy, breathwork (Pranayama), Asana (physical postures), and meditation, providing a well-rounded experience for those new to yoga. You'll build a solid foundation in both movement and mindfulness while exploring key yoga concepts in a simple and accessible way. Whether you're looking to enhance your flexibility, relieve stress, or gain a deeper understanding of yoga, this course offers a nurturing space to start your practice. Week 1: Grounding in Yoga Theme: Introduction to foundational principles of yoga and the importance of grounding. Week 2: Building Strength & Awareness Theme: Building inner strength and cultivating awareness in yoga practice and life. Week 3: Flow & Letting Go Theme: Integrating flow and releasing attachment. For Plans and Memberships Cancellation Cut off is 12 hours before class start time - please note for sessions that start before 10am this cut off is 9pm the previous evening. Please see your plan/ membership for specific conditions. You may reschedule your session up to 6 hours before class start time.
